These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, products and services offered by Atreius Timepieces. By visiting our website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Customer: any individual who purchases products from Atreius Timepieces.
User: any person who accesses or browses the website.
Products: luxury timepieces and related items sold through our store.
Services: all website functionality, ordering systems and customer support provided by Atreius Timepieces.

2. Formation of Contract

The display of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer; it is a non-binding online catalogue. By selecting "Add to Cart" or "Place Order", you submit a binding order for the items in your basket. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of a formal order confirmation, or upon delivery of the goods within two business days.

3. Use of the Website

Users agree to give accurate and complete information when placing orders.
The use of false identities or of unauthorised third-party information is prohibited.
Atreius Timepieces reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel orders where fraud or abuse is suspected.

4. Orders & Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed only once payment has been successfully confirmed. A tracking number is issued after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 3 business days to appear within the courier system. The delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only.

5. Prices & Payment

Every price displayed on a product page is a final price.
Shipping costs, where they apply, are clearly stated during checkout and are charged once only, including in the case of split deliveries.
Payment falls due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and the other methods available at checkout.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, additional costs such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not charged by Atreius Timepieces and remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Promotions & Offers

Promotions and discounts are valid while available.
Offers may be altered or withdrawn without prior notice.
Free promotional items cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Atreius Timepieces may substitute promotional items with alternatives of equal value.

7. Product Appearance

Product images and descriptions are illustrative. Slight differences in colour, texture or finish may arise from lighting conditions, device display settings or production batches. Variations of this kind do not qualify as manufacturing defects where the product meets the advertised specifications.

8. Delivery, Title & Proof of Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address given by the customer at checkout. Title to the goods remains with Atreius Timepieces until payment has been received in full.

An order is treated as successfully delivered once the courier has confirmed delivery at the delivery address, whether it was received by the customer, a member of the household, a neighbour or building reception.

Claims for non-receipt may only be reviewed once the maximum delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy has passed.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply in full. In addition, Atreius Timepieces provides a 24-month warranty on the watch movement, covering manufacturing defects and faults that arise through normal use. Full warranty details are set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy. This warranty does not affect your statutory legal rights.

10. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. No restocking fees are charged on eligible returns. Full details of return eligibility, refund conditions and exchange procedures are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Atreius Timepieces is not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, logistics disruption, strikes, weather conditions or force majeure events.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, or damage resulting from misuse of products.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, images, product descriptions, graphics and design elements, remains the exclusive property of Atreius Timepieces. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep website access uninterrupted but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may affect access temporarily.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we would encourage customers to contact us directly in the first instance. We are willing to take part in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a recognised consumer conciliation body. You may also use the UK Government's dispute resolution services or approach the Citizens Advice Bureau for guidance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

16. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

Atreius Timepieces reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall be the one that applies.
