Refund policy
This policy sets out the conditions under which products bought from Atreius Timepieces may be returned, exchanged and refunded. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Returns (Refund Policy)
You may request a return within 60 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, as evidenced by the official courier tracking record.
Conditions:
- The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.
- All labels, stickers and protective films must remain fully intact and attached. Watches whose protective films have been removed cannot be refunded in full or accepted for return.
- The original packaging must be included, together with the box, papers, manuals and every accessory.
- We may ask you to supply clear photographs or video of the product and its packaging before approval is given.
2. Exchanges
You may exchange your watch for a different model within 60 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
- The conditions that apply to returns apply equally here — unworn, protective films intact, original packaging included.
- Any difference in price will be charged or refunded as appropriate.
- Exchanges may take up to 30 calendar days to complete.
3. Non-Eligible Items
- Products bought during clearance or final sale promotions.
- Gift cards, along with promotional or free items.
- Items sent back without their original packaging, or with that packaging damaged.
- Watches whose protective films or labels have been removed.
- Slight variations in colour, finish or dial arising from ordinary manufacturing differences.
4. Warranty
Every watch from Atreius Timepieces carries a 24-month warranty running from the date of delivery.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects and faults that arise through normal use.
Exclusions: Damage brought about by accidents, exposure to water beyond the stated resistance limits, improper handling, or repairs undertaken by third parties.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
Should your watch arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must report the matter within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photographic or video evidence. Once the issue has been verified, Atreius Timepieces will supply a replacement, store credit or a full refund, and will cover all return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping
The cost of return and exchange shipping rests with the customer, save where an item is confirmed to be defective or to have been supplied in error. Please use an insured, tracked shipping method only. Atreius Timepieces accepts no liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive full instructions covering packaging, return shipment and tracking. Please do not send any item back without prior authorisation from our support team.
8. Inspection and Approval
Returned products are inspected on arrival, a process that may take up to 15 business days. Atreius Timepieces reserves the right to decline returns that fail to meet the conditions set out in this policy.
9. Refund Methods
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Payment providers may carry out a verification transaction before the refund is completed.
- Refunds may take 30–60 business days after approval to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days at our end.
10. Response Time
