We accept all major credit and debit cards, among them Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are handled securely through Shopify Payments, and we also support Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on where you are. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow its progress in real time.

We offer a 60-day returns policy running from the delivery date. Items must come back unused and in their original condition, with all packaging included. Once they have been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Yes. Every Atreius timepiece comes with a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults in workmanship. Should anything go wrong, our customer care team will be glad to help.
